Fellowing telegram received from Secretary of State
for the Colonies:-
His Majesty's Goverment decided that all equitable claims made by British Allied or neutral third parties against ships or sargoes detained er condemned by Prize Courts in the Oversea Dominiens other than self- governing deminions shall be dealt with by the Prize 0laims Committee in London which has dealt with similar elaims in the United Kingdom.
