Your telegram 6th April no communication from FA. Welti and Son has been received Lowe Bingham and Matthews liquidators of Berblinger and Company. Result
of the winding(?) up is still doubtful and in meantime creditors cammot be paid. Liquidators are carrying out all contracts as far as possible.
