My telegram of March 29th. It seems probable that
both "Senegaubia" and "Ford Laeisz" ought to be regarded
as French captures. Case of "Senegambia" still under con-
mideration: but it is desired to use ship commercially
pending decision. Proceedings as to this ship should be
continued but Court should be asked to allow requisition
an undertaking by Crow in accordance with Order 29 rule
51 provision being inserted in order for cancellation of
undertaking in the event of His Majesty's Government hand-
ing over ship to France as French capture and discontinuing
proceedings.
