Government of India are dealing with question of
Trading by Firms in India having enery element and would be much obliged if with permission of His Excellency the Governor informa -tion on following points may be supplied. How are you dealing with hostile firms. Are you licensing same to trade or for the purpose of liquidation. In the latter case what is the policy pursued, under the licence. Are you turning all their assets into cash and depositing it in Government account or are you only liquidating to the extent sufficient to meet existing liabilities Are you collecting or authorising such firms to collect debts due to them and to what extent. Has your policy been authorised by Home Government.
