March 4th. Firm of Dodwell and Company, Hong Kong, ask for permission to export from Hong Kong 100 tons of antimony Regulus. This antimony is from Yunnan and is consigned to this firm in New York and sold under guarentee against reexportation. May I give permission. Please reply by telegraph.
