Consul General for United States requests
that the firm of Berli and Company, Bangkok, who are
Swiss, may be permitted to tranship 25 tons of wolframite
for San Francisco destined for the Crucible Steel Company
Pennsylvania. I am informed that the Company has been
doing business in United States for years and is trust-
worthy. Have you any objection to request being granted.
