The Colonial Secretary of Hongkong presents his
compliments to the Under Secretary of State for the Colonies and has the honour to Pequest that the attached
copy of a telegram received from Messrs. Sanders Rehdors
Company Limited dated 19th February may be substituted for
the copy dated 23rd February signed Sanders which was
inadvertently forwarded as an enclosure to the Governor's
confidential despatch to the Secretary of State of the 24th
