of your Despatch No. 34 of the 28th. November and to report that

Mr. Wehrenberg has been informed in the sense of the Home Office do

letter of November 20th.

I enclose a copy of a further letter in which

Mr. Wehrenberg enquires whether he should be permitted to take the

oath of allegiance and obtain a certificate of naturalization in

the event of his returning to England before the termination of

the war.
