On reconson. I think we had better adopt the
1.0. suggestion that no announcement should be made
at present of any vacancies. I.0. having 18 or
17 vacancies up their sleeve will no doubt offer
them down the list so far as decently qualified
candidates are available, and this will put us in
a very awkward position if we have to fill our
Vacancies after 1.0. have finished. We had better
keep a free hand.
