I am arranging with the P. and 0. Company to bring home the Frisia". The ship is not to be ready before 17th February, cancelling date 5th March. If orders for sale have been made the Court should be asked to rescind and to order delivery to the Crown under Order-in-Council of 28th November. The Board of Trade sugest that the ship be registered provis- ionally at Hongkong in the name of the Governor. You should (hand over) the ship with certificate of register and papers necessary to the Company and give them every facility for getting the ship ready to leave. She need not be insured.
