I have, therefore, to recommend that Mr.

McElderry the Senior Passed Callet and the next on the list for

promotion to a substantive past, who has qualified in law, and whọ has already held the acting appointment of Deputy Registrar with success for over 8 months in 1912 -1913 and again for a short period at the end of the latter year, be appointed both Deputy Registrar and Accountant and a Deputy Official Receiver (under Ordinance No. 2 of 1915) on the salary provided for the former post (i.e. £400 to £560 with duty pay of £100 per annum).
