the Admiralty has sent authority to the Commodore to contract with a shipping firm on the basis of a 5 commission on all expenses to run the "Tannenfels" to convey the troops to East Africa; and the Commodore is making arrangements accordingly with Messrs. Jardine latheson & Co. Do you approve?
