Berthold Reif, a British Subject recident in the United
Kingdom, and a partner in the Firm of Bume and Reif of Bredforc
Yorkshire, to onrry on the business of the said firm as fully
and freely as if no partner were resident in enemy country,
subject to the conditions following:-
(1) No goode or moneye or assets of the said business
shall be remitted, directly or indirectly, to or for the
benefit of any person in enemy country:
(2)
No goods, wares or merchandize shall be obtained,
directly or indirectly, from any person in enemy country:
(3) Fach and all of the prohibitions contained in paragraph 5 of the said Proclamation of the 9th, September 1914, as amended by any subsequent Proclamation, shell
be duly observed:
(4) The books and documents of the s:id businoes shall
be open to inspection at any time if the Secretary of
State calla for their production.
This Licence may be modified or revoked at eny time by a
Secretary of State.
