Referring to our conversation with you on the telephone on Monday last, we have lodged a dummy case of the Privy Council on behalf of the appellant, to enable the case to be set down for hearing during the forthcoming sessions.
We shall, we hope, obtain the draft of the appellant's case duly settled by counsel in the course of the present week.
We shall be glad to know what arrangements are being made for the printing & binding of the case and records.
