I wish to assure you that, it is written in the interests
of Public Service, and also to defend my own position and
my reputation as an Architect, and I would ask you to
kindly regard it as such, as there appeared to be some
misunderstanding upon this point, judging by certain letters
I have received since placing other facts before you.
