exhausted. I must remind you that the Government is
entitled for the fees paid to your Firm to have every plan essential to the construction of the
building and I would point out that the Law Courts
have been constructed to date with the Consulting
Architects at home and no difficulty whatever with
regard to plans, designs, details, etc., has occurred; everything asked for by the Executive Engineer has generally been obtained within 3 months of the date of
his letter.
