M. Chatham, however, makes a good debating point against My Fisher in App.11. But in fact, the minute cost was wrong. A later substitution was made (P.12+18). The part marked B shows that the delay was caused by My Zöher's lack of coordination with others, besides the Architects.
I do not think that anything would be gained by joining further with this concern. My Chatham & the architects are all implicated more or less, and it is not possible to apportion the blame for the masonry work.
The sample layout of 215-43 might have been more precise. But I see no reason to reconsider the S. of S. news as given in the contract dated on 3/8/89 1/3 inches. The delay definitely would not have occurred if My Zöher had maintained better relations with the architects, and the papers do not reflect any credit on the P.W.D.
After considering the Governor's report, My Fisher has come to the conclusion that while the architects are not entirely blameless, there is no reason to rescind his new appointment, and My Fisher's responsibility remains.
