The firm of H. Ruttongee & Son, 38 Queens Road, Central, Hong Kong, China, sent us an order for some printing 21/11/13. We duly despatched it but t forwarding agents advise us that the printing is on hà at Hong Kong, that they have repeatedly advised consif to take delivery but for so far their efforts have be fruitless. We suppose the reason is that there was cash to collect on delivery £10. 18. 9. Can you ad us as to what means we can take either to collect or dept or in the alternative the cost of getting back printing from Hong Kong, together with the carriage
