In further reference to the letter from the Department of June the 27th last, the Committee have pleasure in recom- mending Miss H.E. Sayer to the Secretary of State for one of the two present vacancies on the Nursing Staff of the Medical Department of Hong Kong.
Miss Sayer has been known to the Committee since 1909 when her name was placed on the books. In the same year she was recommended by them for a vacancy at the Colonial Hospital, Gibraltar where she terminated her agreement in 1913.
During her period of service in Gibraltar the reports received on her work and conduct were satisfactory.
I beg to enclose herewith iss Sayer's application form and papers,
and to say that she will be prepared to leave England when required.
