Mr. Forster impressed the Selection Committee
very favourably as a man of forceful character, alert
and intelligent. They were satisfied that he was
qualified to teach general subjects, and that his
knowledge of Latin was adequate for the post.
Mr. Forster is fond of gamea, and has had
experience in organising them.
