Miss Cooper is a pleasant-looking Irish woman
of 33. She is able to teach most of the subjects
required, and has had considerable experience as Head
Mistress of a school in Ireland where she has had to
rely on her own resource to carry her through obvious
difficulties. The Committee were of opinion that she
should be very successful in a post of this character.
