POPPLETON ROAD COUNCLL SCHOOL.
Miss Skinner is Kindergarten trained and certificated,
and has been with me since the opening of this new school
until now.
She has had a large class of Babies, and has given
very great satisfaction. She is very regular and attentive to
her duties: her manner is bright, and she shows great tact in managing very young children, thus winning their love with- out resorting to harshness. I have every confidence in recom- mending her to the post she seeks, and am quite sure she will
endeavour to please those with whom she has to work. I shall be very sorry to lose her.
