I have every confidence in recommending Miss Florence Skinner to any one desiring a first-class high-principled and thoroughly good Kindergarten Mistress. I have known Miss Skinner for the five years she has been in the Rutland High School, Dublin, and have had every opportunity or judging of her character and her work; I
cannot speak too highly of either. It is with the deepest regret we part with her, and with the deepest
regret parents and children have heard of Miss Skinner's
departure. She has our best wishes for her future
success.
