I see no particular objection to sending the
circular proposed provided we word it carefully so as to
show that we do not wish to interfere with local enterprise

existing materials and does not profess to be correct up to date.

Major General Wilson is informed that a map on the acale of 2" to one mile has been received from Hong Kong on which numerous corrections have been made. He would be much
obliged if he could be allowed to see this map for the
