Government of Hongkong whether the Secretary of State for
the Colonies will allow him to enter into an arrangement with
the Government of India for the purchase of not more than
540 cheats of opium during 1914-15 in respect of the year
1915-16 and of not more than 540 cheste during 1915-16 on
account of the year 1916-17.
