I am directed by Secretary Sir E. Grey to acknowledge
the receipt of your letter 36266/1914 of the 24th instant
with regard to the proposed chartering of the prize ship
*Frisia" and to inform you, in reply, that he concurs in
the terms of the telegram which the Secretary of State for
the Colonies proposes to address to the Governor of
Hongkong in the matter.
In this connexion I am to call attention to the letter
from this office, No.52389 of to-day's date respecting an
application from the Canadian Pacific Railway to charter
certain captured enemy vessels.
