I have the honour to enclose herewith a copy of
Executive Order No. 65 issued by the Goverment of the
Philippine Islands on the 1st. instant, which provides
for the appointment of an Opium Committee to destroy
or otherwise dispose of, all opium, cocaine, and other
drugs, and all instruments and apparatus for the un-
lawful use of such drugs, seized and confiscated under
law.
