WITH reference to your despatch No. 91 of the 2nd April last and previous correspondence on the subject of the adherence of Egypt to the International Opium Convention of 1912, I have the honour to inform you that the Egyptian Government are prepared to adhere to the above-mentioned Convention if formally invited to do so.
