tack on the Chinese owned steamship.

The Hongkong Government, which have reported
fully to the Colonial Office with regard to this
matter, are endeavouring, in concert with the
Chinese authorities, to devise some means of track-
ing down the pirates, which infest the mouths of
the West and Pearl Rivera and who are responsible
for this and other recent outragen.
