Chinese Reorganization Loan.
Referring to my letter of the 2nd instant, I have
the honour to inform you that all the Groups having
agreed to the draft reply authorising, on certain con-
ditions, the use of half the funds set aside for re-
organization of the Salt Gabelle for purposes of
Kwangtung Note redemption, the message has now been
despatched, as per enclosed copy.
