A further question has now arisen.

Appended in a copy of Section 16 of "the

Companies Amenduent (rdinance, 1913".

in view of the small number of ponsible

nuditors, and the difficulty of providing for

places at a distance from Jhanghai, of which

the negistrar of companies will have no por-

sonal knowledge, i personally think Article 9

is the most practical solution of the question.

There in no objection in principle to

the adoption of the list ayatem, but power

must be given to the court to appoint a Lritinli

subject outside the list when it is necessary

to do so, otherwise things my get hung up.

in either case a modification of article

9 is wanted to bring us into conformity with

tae new section.
