informed the Governor of hongkong of the
alterations desirable.
The main amendment which I also deem
imperative if the Order is to succeed is the
omission of the words "limited by shares" in
the definition of "China Company", which will
then complement the definition of "hongkong
Company".
It will be observed that his Lajestĝs
Judge does not support the Crown Advocate in
regard to inserting in the Order a clear t
statement of the law to be applied apart
from the provisions of the Order and the
Ordinance, presumably on the ground that such
a declaration is not needed. but if there
