1. THE said Henry Keswick and James Johnstone
Keswick and the survivor of them and the executors or
administrators of such survivor or other the trustees
or trustee for the time being hereof (hereinafter
called "the Trustees or Trustee") shall and will stand
possessed of and interested in ALL and singular the
said trust funds and property specified in the said
Schedule hereto upon and for such charitable purposes
in China and Japan and elsewhere in the Far East us
the Trustees or Trustee shall from time to time or at
any time in their or his uncontrolled discretion think
advisable But without prejudice to the generality of
the foregoing declaration it is hereby declared that
the primary objects of the said charitable trust are
intended to be (1) The Hospitals at Shanghai aforesaid
or any of them (2) Any charitable institutions for the
benefit of seafaring men on the China Coast and in
particular any homes or institutions in China or Japan
maintained or supported for seafaring men or their
families and (3) the education of the children of poor
European parents in China or Japan.
2. THE Baid trust fund and property shall be
managed and dealt with in such manner as the Trustees
