WITH reference to the letter from this Office of the 4th March, 1 am directed by Mr. Secretary Harcourt to request you to inform Secretary Sir Edward Grey that a telegram has been received from the acting British agent and consul-general at Zanzibar stating that there is no objection to the International Opium Convention being signed on behalf of Zanzibar.
