books of the company at the time of the
making of the said contract or agreement.
3. Any contract or agreement which
is contrary to articles 1 or 2 of these
regulations shall be illegal.
4.
Any person who knowingly in-
Berte in any such contract or agreement
& false entry relating to any matter
required to be specified by articles 1 or
2 of these Regulations shall be guilty
of an offence against these Fegulations
and shall be liable on conviction to
imprisonment with or without hard labour
not exceeding six monthɛ or to a fine not
exceeding fifty pounds.
These Regulations shall apply
to all contracts or agreasents made on
