Companies (Sale of Shares) Regulations.
1. Every contract or agreement for
the sale and purchase of any shares,
stock or other interest in any Company
shall specify the numbers by which such
shares, stock or other interest are
distinguished in the register or books
of such company.
2. Where such shares, stock or
other interest are not distinguished by
numbers in the register or books of the
company any contract or agreement for the
