The Under Secretary of State for Foreign
Affairs presents his compliments to the Under

Secretary of State for the Colonies and is directed
by Secretary Sir E. Grey to transmit to him here-
with, to be laid before Mr. Secretary Harcourt,
a revise of correspondence which it is proposed to
lay before Parliament respecting the Affairs of
China.
Sir A. Nicolson would be glad to learn whether
there is any objection to the publication of
papers numbered 39X, 61, 105, 110, 112, 119, 121,
