Under instructions from my Government I have the
honour to transmit to Your Excellency three applica-
tions for repayment in connection with expenditure in-
curred for the treatment in Italian hospitals of Choy
Poy, Chung Ching and Mac Dai, all three citizens of
Hongkong.
