An Evershed bridge-megger to be provided for testing the conduction and insulation resistance of the various circuits.
A hot wire ammeter to be permanently installed in the earth lead to afford visual indication of the condition of syntony of the trans- mitting circuits.
A safety switch to be fitted in such a way that the primary circuit of the transformer is broken when the door of the screen round the transmitting gear is opened. The screen to form part of the building and to be provided by the Government.
A suitable buzzer to be provided for producing local weak signals for testing receiving apparatus.

SCHEDULE OF PRICES.
The price entered against each item set out below shows how the Contract Price is made up. The prices entered include in all cases the plant or materials and their delivery F.O.B. London in accordance with the provisions of the Contract.
TOOLS.
24. The Station to be supplied with an outfit of special tools required for the various machines, and electrician's repair kit of small tools and accessories, together with all the usual spanners required for the different apparatus. A full set of spares for one year's working to be provided.
