SIR MAURICE ALEXANDER CAMERON K.C.M.G. late a Major in His Majesty's Corps of Royal Engineers and WILLIAM HEPWORTH MERCER Esquire C.M.G. all of Whitehall Gardens in the City of Westminster the Crown Agents for the Colonies (hereinafter referred to as "the Crown Agents") acting for and on behalf of the Government of Hong Kong (hereinafter referred to as the Government") of the one part and MARCONI'S WIRELESS TELEGRAPH COMPANY LIMITED whose Registered Office is situate at Marconi House Strand in the County of London (hereinafter referred to as the Contractors") of the other part.
Whereas the Government are desirous of procuring the construction supply delivery and supervision of erection of a radio- telegraph station at
And Whereas it has been determined that the excavation, buildings and foundations hereinafter mentioned shall be constructed by the Government in connection with the said works.
And Whereas it has been agreed between the parties hereto that the Contractors should construct, supply deliver and supervise the erection of the said works.
