With reference to your letter of the 30th ultimo, No.4672/1914, forwarding a copy of a telegram from the Governor of Hong Kong relative to the propriety of British vessels receiving in certain circumstances transhipped cargoes for Non-enemy ports from enemy ships in neitral ports, I am commanded by My Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty to acquaint you, for the information of the Secretary of State for the Colonies, that they see no objection to cargoes being accepted in the circumstances
stated.
