REG 4 FEB 15 30th December, 1914.
We have the honour to acknowledge receipt of your letter
No.11 in 3360/14 dated 28th instant together with translation of telegram from the Secretary of State for the Colonies to His Excel-
lency the Governor.
In reply we beg to say that Messrs. E. Borel & Co. of Neuchatel have a considerable stock of Watches and Accessories on
consignment to the China Export Import and Bank Co., and the same is being slowly and carefully liquidated for the benefit of the
consignors.
The firm is being treated as a Secured Creditor and proceeds of sales will be remitted to them direct in due course. We may say that we see no cause for any anxiety on the part of lesere. Borel & Co. who are likely to realise full value for their goods, and whose interests are being carefully snfe-
guarded.
We have, etc.
For BRADLEY & CO., LTD.
3d. John A. Plummer
Director
Liquidators for the
China Export Import & Bank Co.
The Honourable
The Colonial Secretary,
Hongkong.
