With reference to your letters of the 27th and 28th October, I am directed to inform you that His Excellency the Govemor has appointed a Committee consisting of the Attorney General as Chairman, the Colonial Secretary and the Treasurer for the purpose of enquiring in the charges against
you.

The Committee will meet at the Council Chamber
on Friday the 13th November at 10 am. and you are at liberty to appear in person and defend yourself orally if you so wish.
