In accordance with advice of Executive Council I
propose to ask Legislative Council to vote for this year and till further notice cost of expenses incurred in mobilization of Volunteers and for censorship of telegrams and postal matter. Total sum involved up to 31st October is 241,000 and since then expenditure incurred monthly amounts to about $6,000 Volunteers, $3,000 censorship of telegrams and 1,200
