With reference to my letter of the 10th

instant, I have the honour to transmit the enclosed decode

of a telegram which I have just received from the Secretary

of State for the Colonies.

I have learned from enquiry of the Provost

Marshal that the persons concerned have already left the

Colony and I shall in due course report the fact to the

Secretary of State for the Colonies.
