With reference to my telegram of the 26th October cypher telegram question arisen whether two members of German Missionary Society who are being deported out of the Colony should be allowed to proceed to their mission station near Sheklung on the Kowloon-Canton Railway. General Officer Commanding considers open to objection. In my opinion members of mission should be allowed to go there. Please telegraph instructions.
