Referring to Your Excellency's letter dated 24th August, I have the honour to forward, herewith enclosed, copy of a letter addressed to me from the office of the Governor-General requesting to be informed whether the two accompanying copies of newspapera said to be in the Urdu and Gurzakhi dialects are the "Gadhar" referred to. I have the honour to request that these copies may be returned to me.

I am confident that, as soon as the Philippines Government is assured of the identity of the newspaper, steps will be taken to stop it from being posted in these islands for abroad.

I have, etc.

Så.
