The draft of this ordinance was submitted under cover of
a despatch dated 4th June, 1914 to the Right Honourable the Secretary of State for the Colonies who signified his approval of it by a telegram dated the 9th July.
In view of this approval netice
a suspending clause
was inserted in the Ordinance,
In my opinion this is an Ordinace to which His Excellency the Governor may properly assent in the name of His Majesty and on His behalf.
