Yoshihoko Haite (declared): boatswain, Shikoku Maru. I

was standing on the forecastle head when deceased was struck

by a shot. The body was taken away by the police the next

day - by that ɑonstable (L-8.37) Evans). On the 14th inat.

I attended at the mortuary and identified the body in the

presence of Dr. Mo.Kenny.

Maru. The following day I was present when the last witness
