175. The Harbour Master will book all passages which area paåd for by the Government and Heads of Departments should supply him with all necessary information, including particulars as to age and sex of any children who may be travelling. The Harbour Master must he t-formed at the serliest oppurtunity if it should be necessary to tanool a passage already booked.

76. (1) A free passage scheme has been devised, to the benefits of which officers on the permanent establichment who area domiciled in a gold using country, and who hold one of the following offices, are eligible:-

(2) The scheme is subject to the following conditions!-

After a period of 5 years' service the officer to have 9 months leave on half pay. Seoond class (non mail) passage will be provided by the Government in steamorS to be selected by the Government.

(3) During the year in which leave is taken and the preclini

pear, any leave taken, beyond leave on medical grounjik, will be deducted from the nine months' half pay leare£ (4) The number of free passage will be limited to 2% fyll

officer concerned.

(5) In case of an officer's death his family will be given a

free passage home equivalent to 1 rali'fares. (6) Officers domiciled in a gold using country other than the United Kingdom will have themsèlves to pay the fference between the actual cost of passage and the costier pangarh to the United Kingdom, if the former exceeds the latter. 7) Officers holding offices mentioned in sub-section (1) aff. this General Order will not be paid any half-pay for. performing the duties of any officer mortioned in the same subsection,
